Unsubscribe from a class

You can cancel a class up to 2 hours in advance. If you cancel later than that, you may lose a credit. This policy helps us to keep our class schedules running smoothly and to ensure that all available spots are used optimally.

We understand that unexpected situations can sometimes arise, which is why we give you the option to cancel in good time without losing your credit. Make sure you cancel in time so that you retain your credit and others have the opportunity to take advantage of the lesson. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

How do I cancel my membership?

Would you like to cancel your membership? You can do so by email.

Send a written cancellation toinfo@thekickboxingsociety.com, stating your name, sports location, and reason for cancellation.

Please remember to observe the notice period in accordance with the terms and conditions of your membership. Once we have received your email, we will confirm your cancellation.

Youth Sports Fund

At The Kickboxing Society, we believe it is important that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, has the opportunity to participate in sports.

The Youth Fund for Sports & Culture enables children and young people aged 4 to 18 to join a sports club, even if their families cannot afford the membership fees. The fund pays (part of) the membership fees and, in some cases, also the sports clothing or equipment, such as boxing gloves.

How does it work?

  • Registration: You cannot register with the Youth Fund yourself, but an intermediary such as a teacher, social worker, or community sports coach can do this for you. They will submit the application to the fund.
  • Granting: if the application is approved, the Youth Fund will pay the membership fee directly to us.
  • Becoming a member: Once everything is finalized, you are officially a member of The Kickboxing Society! From that moment on, you can register for classes and start training!

Own gloves

Once you have registered as a member with us, it is a good time to invest in your own kickboxing gloves. In addition to being more hygienic than shared gloves, personal gloves offer more comfort and a better fit, making your training more enjoyable. What's more, high-quality gloves last longer, making them a sustainable choice for your training sessions.

Purchasing your own boxing gloves is a small step that makes a big difference to your training experience. Feel free to ask your trainer for advice on which gloves best suit your level and training goals.

Trial lesson

During your first trial lesson, you will be welcomed by the trainer and your future training buddies. We start with a joint warm-up to loosen up your muscles and prepare your body for the workout.

You will then learn the basics of punching, kicking, and moving, with personal attention to technique and safety. Next, you will practice the techniques on the punching bag, building up your strength and fitness. We will finish with intensive fitness exercises and a cool-down to relax your muscles.

After the class, there is time for questions and a friendly chat. The trainer will also discuss the next steps with you. Whether you want to get fitter, build self-confidence, or just have fun, your trial class will give you a clear picture of our group classes.

Bring a Friend

Do you have a friend, colleague, or family member who also wants to take up kickboxing? With our "Bring a Friend" promotion, you can exercise for free for 8 weeks if someone signs up for a membership with us thanks to you.

It's simple: you bring someone along, and as soon as your workout buddy also takes out a membership, you get 8 weeks of free workouts. Together, you improve your fitness and technique, and motivate each other to get the best out of yourselves. Kickboxing is not only a great workout, but also a fun way to grow together.

Personal training

During personal training, we work on both your physical strength and mental resilience. Whether you are a beginner who wants to learn the basics or an advanced athlete who wants to hone their techniques, we offer personalized training tailored to your needs.

Together with the coach, you will draw up a program that perfectly matches your goals. Do you want to get fitter, lose weight, or simply gain more self-confidence? Kickboxing is the ideal way to strengthen both your body and your mind.

Our coaches have years of experience and are ready to guide you at your own pace. During the lessons, you will work on your fitness, strength, speed, and technique.

Can I temporarily pause my membership?

Yes, that is possible. You can temporarily pause your membership once per calendar year for up to eight consecutive weeks.

Are you injured or pregnant? We are happy to work with you to find a solution. In consultation, it is often possible to take a longer break.

Would you like to request a break? Send an email toinfo@thekickboxingsociety.comstating the desiredstart and end dates. We will stop the direct debits during the break. Please note that the end date of your contract will automatically be extended by the duration of the break.

  • My Heavy Bag

An intensive fitness training program combining punches, kicks, and knees, interspersed with interval sets and bodyweight exercises for core strengthening.

  • My skills

In this lesson, we will work on technique. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will learn how to make combinations, defend, and work on timing and counterattacks.

  • My rounds

A circuit training session with kickboxing and fitness exercises. You train in rounds with tools such as the heavy bag, kettlebell, and sandbag for a dynamic workout.

  • My HIIT

In this class, you will perform short, intense intervals of kickboxing techniques, interspersed with short rest breaks. This provides a combination of cardio training and strength building, improving both your endurance and muscle strength.

  • My Sparring

In this lesson, we will work on technique through sparring. You will learn how to make combinations, defend, and work on timing and counterattacks.

  • KIDS

The lessons for kids focus mainly on their technique, with some intensive training on the punching bag.

  • Women only

Especially for women, we offer "My Heavy Bag" and "My Skills" in an exclusive women's group.

  • Personal training

Personal training tailored to your goals, with a focus on fitness, strength, and technique. Ideal for beginners and advanced athletes.

  • Yoga

A supplement to your training with a focus on flexibility, balance, and recovery, which will improve your kickboxing performance.
