3. The Consumer is aware of and agrees that the Entrepreneur monitors the location at all times using cameras that record images 24/7.
4. The Entrepreneur also reserves the right to record images at locations and during lessons for the purpose of improving services, communication and promotion. If this is the case, the Entrepreneur will inform the Consumer of this in a timely manner.
5. The Entrepreneur is always the owner of the rights to the images he/she has created.
6. The Entrepreneur will never owe any compensation for filming The Consumer. The Consumer is also aware that if the house rules of De Entrepreneur and/or the laws and regulations are violated, the images can be submitted to the police.
