About The Kickboxing Society 

The Kickboxing Society (TKS) is a rapidly growing organization with nine clubs throughout the Netherlands at present, and the ambition is to expand this number quickly.

The Kickboxing Society is a high-energy fitness experience based on kickboxing, where you work on your strength, fitness, flexibility, and perseverance in a group setting. For anyone who loves a challenge and desires a powerful, vital, strong, and energetic body combined with a clear mind. We cater to a wide audience, from children to seniors. Anyone who wants to get fit in an accessible and safe environment.

Member Services Representative

At TKS, we work with a motivated team. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and proactive customer service representative who wants to help strengthen our member community.

As a member service representative, your primary responsibility is to provide customer service to all our members. You know better than anyone how to talk to members and help them in the best way possible.

You have an affinity for sports and are ready to help members with questions that come in daily by email or phone. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, are a good listener, are customer-focused and solution-oriented, and are able to tackle challenges effectively.

In addition, it is important that you proactively contribute ideas about opportunities and possibilities for optimizing customer service and taking it to the next level.

You believe in our mission to get the world kickboxing and want to make an active contribution to this. You do this by providing excellent service to our members, answering their questions and meeting their needs, while also contributing to the growth and strengthening of our community.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities associated with this include:

  • You provide excellent service to our members by assisting them with questions, requests, and administrative tasks;
  • You ensure that our members feel welcome and have a positive experience with every interaction;
  • You ensure that all administrative tasks are performed accurately and on time;
  • You support members with their membership needs, such as registrations, changes, and cancellations.
  • You will collaborate with your colleagues from different locations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • You contribute to the growth and strengthening of our community through a committed and customer-focused attitude;
  • You process feedback from members and help improve our services and processes;
  • You proactively contribute ideas about opportunities and ways to optimize customer service.

What we expect from you

As a member service representative, you will be part of a proactive customer service team within The Kickboxing Society. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that we offer the best service to our members and contribute to strengthening the community. As a team, we continuously work to optimize our services and achieve joint successes.

You need more than just a 9-to-5 mentality, as the job sometimes requires flexibility. You will also need to be willing to work evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of our members and the growth of The Kickboxing Society.

Terms of employment

  • Employment: part-time
  • Hours: 12-24 per week
  • Work location: at our office in Bussum
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).If necessary: evenings and weekends

Please note: It is also possible towork exclusively in the mornings, in consultation.

  • Salary: €2,420 – €2,750 per month based on 40 hours
  • Secondary: travel allowance, free membership at all locations
