Our member community is the foundation of TKS. And that's where you come in! To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a Lead Member Services who won't stand on the sidelines, but will dive right into the action and set the course for the next phase.
You will manage a small, motivated team (1.5 FTE) and lay the foundations for a member service that grows alongside us in the Netherlands and abroad. This is a role for someone who is confident, dares to make tough decisions, and doesn't shy away from the real work: daily contact with members, improving systems, resolving bottlenecks, and professionalizing processes.
You are the driving force behind a service experience that is as personal as it is efficient. You determine how we grow, but at the same time you work hands-on. No ivory tower—just vision, decisiveness, and an operational mindset.

As a member service representative, your primary responsibility is to provide customer service to all our members. You know better than anyone how to talk to members and help them in the best way possible.
You have an affinity for sports and are ready to help members with questions that come in daily by email or phone. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, are a good listener, are customer-focused and solution-oriented, and are able to tackle challenges effectively.
In addition, it is important that you proactively contribute ideas about opportunities and possibilities for optimizing customer service and taking it to the next level.
You believe in our mission to get the world kickboxing and want to make an active contribution to this. You do this by providing excellent service to our members, answering their questions and meeting their needs, while also contributing to the growth and strengthening of our community.

You need more than just a 9-to-5 mentality, as the job sometimes requires flexibility. You will also need to be willing to work evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of our members and the growth of The Kickboxing Society.

As Club Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of your Club. Your primary responsibility is the classes we offer to members, and you will also play a major role in teaching these classes. After all, this is how you are in most direct contact with the members and know better than anyone what it means to create a fitness experience.
In addition, you are the point of contact for employees within your Club and for members. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that members want to stay, and you create opportunities to grow your community. The club manager is also the link between the Club and the head office, and you will have weekly meetings to make it a success together.

As a club manager, you are essentially a co-entrepreneur. You need more than a 9-to-5 mentality and will also work evenings and weekends.
In addition to being a good coach for adults, you will also need to be skilled at teaching kids' classes. Submitting a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the application procedure.
Before you can start as a Club Manager at TKS, you will be offered a training program (free of charge).

You have an affinity for and experience with sports. Being able to kickbox is an advantage, but more importantly, you are someone who is good with people and can motivate, stimulate, and entertain them. You are customer-oriented and enthusiastic, and you want to get the best out of yourself and the members who come to train with you in every class.
You believe in our mission to make the world healthier through kickboxing and want to actively contribute to this. You do this by providing excellent lessons within our lesson formats and making members happy, but also with an eye for the growth of our community.
