Please contact us via our contact form.

How can I become a member?
You can register via our website by entering your details and choosing a membership. You can also do this after taking a trial lesson with one of our trainers.
Can I freeze my membership?
Each member may pause their membership for up to 8 weeks per year, regardless of the reason. We offer this service because we understand that flexibility is sometimes desirable. If you are injured and have a doctor's note, or if you are pregnant, we can pause your membership for a longer period of time, subject to consultation.

To start the pause, you can email us with your name and the location where you are a member. Then indicate the start and end date of the desired pause. After that date, your membership will automatically become active again and you can come back to train with us. You will not receive any direct debits for the paused period. Unless the invoice was already on the mailing list before you requested the pause. In that case, we cannot stop it and it will be collected. Invoices that have already been paid sometimes include days that fall within the pause. These days will automatically be credited after the pause. Please note: the end date of your contract will be moved forward and it is not possible to pause retroactively.
Do I have a notice period?
Once you have completed the term of your chosen membership, the notice period for a monthly membership is one full calendar month. For a 4-weekly membership, the notice period is one full period of four weeks.
Upon cancellation, you will complete any remaining period of the current four weeks and your subscription will continue until the end of the following four weeks.
May I bring a guest?
Yes, that is certainly possible. Please let us know which class you would like to take together and provide his/her name, and we will register him/her for the class.
