About The Kickboxing Society 

The Kickboxing Society (TKS) is a rapidly growing organization with now 9 Clubs throughout the Netherlands and the ambition is to make more of them soon.

The Kickboxing Society is a high-energy fitness experience based on kickboxing where you work on your strength, fitness, flexibility and perseverance in a group setting. For anyone who loves a challenge and longs for a powerful, vital, strong and energetic body combined with a clear mind. We target a wide audience, from children to the elderly. Anyone who wants to get fit in an approachable and safe environment.

Member service representative

Within TKS, we work with a passionate team. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented and proactive customer service representative to help strengthen our member community.

As a member service representative, your primary responsibility is to provide customer service for all of our members. You know better than anyone how to speak to members and help them in the best possible way.

You have an affinity for sports and are ready to help members with issues that come in daily by mail, phone. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, good listening skills, customer-oriented and solution-oriented, and are able to handle challenges effectively.

It is also important that you proactively think about opportunities and possibilities to optimize customer service and take it to the next level.

You believe in our mission to get the world to kickboxing and want to actively contribute to it. You do this by providing excellent service to our members, answering their questions and needs, while contributing to the growth and strengthening of our community.

Responsibilities

Associated responsibilities include;

• You will provide excellent service to our members by assisting them with questions, requests and administrative tasks;
• You will ensure that our members feel welcome and have a positive experience with every interaction;
• You will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner;
• You will support members with their membership needs such as registrations, changes and cancellations;
• You will work with your colleagues from various locations to ensure consistent and high quality service;
• You will contribute to the growth and strengthening of our community through an engaged and customer-oriented attitude;
• You will process member feedback and help improve our services and processes;
• You think proactively about opportunities and ways to optimize customer service.

What we expect from you

As a member service representative, you will be part of a proactive customer service team within The Kickboxing Society. Together with your colleagues you will ensure that we offer the best service to our members and contribute to strengthening the community. As a team we continuously work on optimizing our service and achieving joint successes.

You will need more than just a 9 to 5 mentality, as the work sometimes requires flexibility. You will also need to be willing to work evenings and weekends if necessary, depending on the needs of our members and the growth of The Kickboxing Society.

Employment

• Employment: part-time
• Hours: 12-24 per week
• Work location: at our office in Bussum
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00). If necessary: evenings and weekends

Notice: It is also possible to work exclusively in the mornings, by arrangement.

• Salary: € 2,420 - € 2,750 per month based on 40 hours
• Secondary: travel reimbursement, free membership all locations
