How can I become a member?
You can register yourself through our website by leaving all your details and choosing a membership. Of course, you can also do this after taking a trial class with one of our trainers.
Can I freeze my membership?
Each member may pause membership for up to 8 weeks per year for any reason. This is a service we offer because we understand that sometimes flexibility is nice. If you are injured and have a doctor's note or are pregnant we can pause your membership for a longer period of time, this can be done by mutual agreement.

To start the break, please email us with your name and the location where you are a member. Then indicate the start and end date of the desired break. After that date, your membership will automatically become active again and you can come back to train with us. You will not receive any direct debits over the paused period. Unless the invoice was already in the mailing list before requesting the break. In that case we cannot stop it and it will be collected. Invoices that have already been paid sometimes contain days that fall within the break. These days are automatically charged as credit after the break. Please note: the end date of your contract will also be moved forward and retroactive pausing is not possible.
Do I have a notice period?
If you have completed the duration of your chosen membership then the notice period for a monthly membership is a full calendar month. For a 4 week membership the notice period is a full four week period.
Upon cancellation, you will still complete any remaining period of the current four weeks and your subscription will continue until the end of the following four weeks.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes, you certainly may. Let us know which class you would like to take together with his/her name, and we will sign the person up for the class.
