You can easily sign up for our classes through The Kickboxing Society app. With a few clicks, you can see our class schedule, sign up for sessions and manage your schedule.
Signing out for a class
With us, you can cancel a class up to 2 hours in advance. If you cancel later, it could potentially cost you a credit. This policy helps us keep the scheduling and staffing of classes running smoothly and to ensure that all available spots are utilized to their fullest potential.
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations can arise, which is why we give you the opportunity to cancel in a timely manner without affecting your credit. Please be sure to cancel on time so that you keep your credit and others have a chance to take advantage of the class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Corporate Fitness Netherlands
Those who sign up with Corporate Fitness Netherlands (FNL) can now enjoy our kickboxing group classes! Through FNL, you can easily arrange a membership that provides access to our energetic and motivating workouts. Whether you're looking for a vigorous workout or a way to improve your skills, you'll find the perfect fitness solution with us. Kickboxing clinics
Want to offer your team, association, or group of friends an energizing and motivating experience? Our kickboxing clinics are ideal for companies, associations, and other groups looking for a unique activity.
Our clinics offer a dynamic way to improve physical fitness and strengthen team spirit. Whether you are organizing a one-time clinic as a team building activity, planning a sporting event, or want to arrange a social activity for a group of friends or family, we will tailor the clinic to your needs.
During the sessions, participants learn the basics of kickboxing, such as punches, kicks and self-defense, under the guidance of our experienced trainers. Clinics are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and are held in a safe, supportive environment.
In addition to training, our clinics are a great way to reduce stress and increase group morale. They promote cooperation, increase confidence and provide a fun way to be active together.

How do I cancel my membership?
Would you like to cancel your membership? You can do so by email.
Send written notice of termination to info@thekickboxingsociety.com, stating your name, sports location and reason for termination.
Remember to observe the notice period according to the terms of your membership. Once we receive your email, we will confirm your cancellation.
Youth Sports Fund
At The Kickboxing Society, we believe it is important for everyone, regardless of financial situation, to have the opportunity to play sports.
The Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur makes it possible for children and young people from 4 to 18 years old to join a sports club, even if there is not enough money at home to pay the contribution. The fund pays (part of) the membership fee and in some cases also the sportswear or materials, such as boxing gloves.
How does it work?
- Application: you cannot apply to the Youth Fund yourself, but an intermediary such as a teacher, social worker, or community sports coach can do this for you. They submit the application to the fund.
- Award: if the application is approved, the Youth Fund pays the membership fee directly to us.
- Become a member: Once everything is finalized, you are officially a member of The Kickboxing Society! From then on you can register for classes and start training!
Own gloves
After you've registered as a member with us, it's a good time to invest in your own kickboxing gloves. Besides being more hygienic than shared gloves, personal gloves offer more comfort and a better fit, making your training more enjoyable. Plus, quality gloves last longer, making them a durable choice for your workouts.
Purchasing your own boxing gloves is a small step that makes a big difference in your training experience. Feel free to ask your trainer for advice on which gloves are best for your level and training goals.
Trial lesson
During your first trial class, you will be welcomed by the trainer and your future training buddies. We start with a joint warm-up to loosen your muscles and prepare your body for the workout.
Then you will learn the basics of punching, kicking and movement, with personal attention to technique and safety. You then practice techniques on the punching bag, building strength and conditioning. We conclude with intensive conditioning exercises and a cool-down to relax your muscles.
After the class there is time for questions and a social chat. The trainer will also discuss next steps with you. Whether you want to get fitter, build confidence or just have fun, your trial class will give you a clear picture of our group exercise classes.
Bring A Friend
Do you have a friend, colleague or family member who also wants to kickbox? With our 'Bring a Friend' promotion, you can work out for free for 8 weeks if someone joins us thanks to you.
It works simply: you bring someone along, and as soon as your sports buddy also takes out a membership, you get 8 weeks of free sports. Together you improve your condition and technique, and motivate each other to get the best out of yourself. Kickboxing is not only a top workout, but also a fun way to grow together.
Personal training
In personal training, we work on both physical strength and your mental toughness. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced practitioner looking to hone your techniques, we offer customized personal training.
Together with the coach, you will create a program that perfectly matches your goals. Do you want to get fitter, lose weight or just get more self-confidence? Kickboxing is the ideal way to make both your body and mind stronger.
Our coaches have years of experience and are ready to guide you at your own pace. During classes you will work on fitness, strength, speed and technique.

Can I temporarily pause my membership?
Yes, you can. You can temporarily pause your membership once per calendar year for up to eight consecutive weeks.
Are you injured or pregnant? Then we are happy to think with you. In consultation, it is often possible to take a break for a longer period of time.
Would you like to request a break? Then send an e-mail to info@thekickboxingsociety.com with your desired start and end dates. During the break we will stop the collections. Please note that the end date of your contract automatically moves up by the duration of the break.
Class offerings
- My Heavy Bag
An intense fitness workout with combinations of punches, kicks and knees, interspersed with interval sets and bodyweight exercises for core strengthening.
- My skills
In this class we work on technique. Whether you are beginner or advanced, you will learn to create combinations, defend and work on timing and counterattacks.
- My rounds
A circuit workout with kickboxing and fitness exercises. You train in rounds with tools such as the heavy bag, kettlebell and sandbag for a dynamic workout.
- My HIIT
In this class you perform short, intense intervals of kickboxing techniques, interspersed with short rest breaks. This provides a combination of cardio training and strength building, improving both your endurance and muscle strength.
- My Sparring
In this class we work on technique through sparring. You will learn to make combinations, defend and work on timing and counter attacks.
- KIDS
The classes for kids focus mainly on their technique, which will include a bit of an intensive workout on the punching bag.
- Ladies only
Especially for women, we offer "My Heavy Bag" and "My Skills" in an exclusive women's group.
- Personal training
Personalized coaching tailored to your goals, focusing on fitness, strength and technique. Ideal for beginners and advanced students.
- Yoga
An addition to your training with a focus on flexibility, balance and recovery that will improve your kickboxing performance.
