Would you like to invite a friend to train with you or have a friend invited you to train with them? Then follow the steps below:

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

1. Have your friend sign up for a trial class below.
2. Will your friend become an on-site member? Then make sure your name is entered in the requested field on the flyer. Ask for this at location.
3. Done, you now receive 8 weeks of training as a gift and your friend also receives 8 weeks of training as a gift!
