The Kickboxing Society (TKS) is a rapidly growing organization with now 9 Clubs throughout the Netherlands and the ambition is to make more of them soon.

The Kickboxing Society is a high-energy fitness experience based on kickboxing where you work on your strength, fitness, flexibility and perseverance in a group setting with inspiring coaching and uplifting music in a beautiful environment. For anyone who loves a challenge and longs for a powerful, vital, strong and energetic body combined with a clear mind.

We target a wide audience, from children to the elderly. Anyone who wants to get fit in an approachable and safe environment.

Coach

Within TKS we work with a passionate team. There is currently room for expansion in our team for Coaches at various locations.

Als Coach ben jij in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van lessen binnen onze Club(s). Jij weet als geen ander wat het betekent om een fitness experience neer te zetten.

You have affinity and experience with sports. That you can kickbox is a plus, but more important is that you are someone who is good with people and can motivate, stimulate and entertrain them. You are customer-oriented and enthusiastic and want to get the best out of yourself and the members who come to train with you.

You believe in our mission to make the world a healthier place through kickboxing and want to actively contribute to it. You do this by providing great classes within our class formats and making members happy but also with an eye for growth of our community.

Responsibilities

Associated responsibilities include;

• Together with the Club Manager, you will be the face of the Club by providing our classes according to the TKS class format
• You are able to provide children's classes in addition to adults and can also engage and enthuse that target group
• Member retention and community. Ensuring bonding and fostering community. And ensuring quality and a positive customer experience of the Club.
• Both reactively and proactively ensure membership growth. You make sure trial classers feel right at home and that they sign up but also actively encourage opportunities within the community.
• Ensuring maintenance and operation of all materials at the Club
• Participation in events externally and internally, and training programs (within the TKS Academy) outside working hours.
• Function as an ambassador of TKS to environment, colleagues and members and always looks neat and tidy.

What we expect from you

Als coach ben je eigenlijk samen met je clubmanager een collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de Club en de community. Je hebt meer nodig dan een 9 tot 5 mentaliteit en zal ook avonden en in het weekend werken.

In addition to being a good coach for adults, you will also need to be a keynote in providing Kids classes. The submission of VOG is part of the application process for this purpose.

Before you can start as a Coach at TKS, you will be offered a training program to become a kickboxing trainer (free of charge).

Employment

• Dienstverband: Parttime (of zzp)
• Uren: 3-20 per week (afhankelijk van Clubomvang en contractvorm)
• Werklocatie: Een van onze vestigingen in Nederland
• Working Hours: Flexible between Mon - Sun. Evening and weekend availability required.
• Salary: €2,500 - €2,750 per month obv 40 hours.
• Secondary: Internal training, vacation pay, bonus plan and travel reimbursement.
