Academy Lead

The Kickboxing Society is growing rapidly and is looking for a driven Academy Lead to further develop and professionalize our internal training programs. The Academy plays a crucial role in the training, development and support of our coaches and in the future will also be open to external participants.

The Kickboxing Society is growing rapidly, with currently 9 clubs in the Netherlands and an ambitious roadmap for national and international expansion.

Your role as Academy Lead

As Academy Lead, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of our education and training programs. You will ensure that our coaches are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to best guide our members.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement training programs for coaches within The Kickboxing Society.
• Organize, lead and provide training, events, certification programs and training days.
• Supervise and evaluate coaches to improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure quality and consistency of lessons.
• Expand the Academy with external training opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a structured learning platform for coaching and kickboxing-related training.
• Create an inspiring learning environment where coaches are motivated to continuously develop themselves.

Who are you?

• You have a passion for kickboxing and coaching.
• Experience in teaching, coaching or developing training programs.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to inspire and motivate trainers.
• Affinity for training development and didactics.
• Experience setting up learning programs and certifications is a plus.
